The Toa of Shadows is an evil Toa who wishes to control Trewarta.
Background
Long after being frozen by the Toa of Knowledge he was accidentally awoken by a lost Matoran in the frozen biome of Trewarta. He then unleashed a rain of terror once more upon the world forcing the mighty Toa to awaken the Toa of Knowledge to defeat him. He climbed out of his cave to find a thick sheet of snow that seemed to have always been there. After realizing why he had been frozen there he decided revenge was in order.
